He is an optimistic and enthusiastic learner. Always keen to learn from everything around. Have good communication and convincing skills over people. He likes to carry out his responsibilities with courage and devotion while on duty, solving comprehensive and non-comprehensive problems with his knowledge and hard work. Since 2000, from a young age, He has been involved in volunteering, leading, and training young people for community development. Under his supervision, leadership, and facilitation, more than 1000 young people, parents, grass root community people, and volunteers have been reached and shared awareness on Legal Aid, child protection, youth leadership, gender equality, social Cohesion, digital literacy, peace and social accountability and journalism field. He was recently elected as office Secretary for the Dhaka Union of Journalists, its a professional trade union of journalists based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
